We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within an active subscription period.
If a free or trial period is offered, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Once billing starts, standard subscription terms apply.
For custom or one-time services, cancellation requests must be made before work has commenced. Once the service has started, cancellations may not be possible.
